Auth: Authorization: Bearer vd_… — an API key a person creates in the app (https://vortexdeployer.com/developers). No sign-up, OAuth or token exchange for agents.
Scopes: read; trade (with maxSolPerTrade and dailySolCap); launch. GET https://evm.vortexdeployer.com/evm/api/v1/me tells a key what it may do.
Sandbox: dryRun: true on buy, sell and trade/batch; POST /launch is a dry run unless dryRun is false.
Idempotency: send Idempotency-Key on every buy, sell, batch and launch; after a timeout retry the same key and body.
Rate-Limits: X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset headers; a 429 carries retryAfterSeconds.
Errors: switch on the stable code field, never on the error text.

# Rules
1. Every call acts as the key's owner with real funds. Ask for the smallest key; start with read and dry runs.
2. Never sign in, register or drive the app on a person's behalf; keys are made by a person and handed to you.
3. A launch or a synchronous batch can be cut at about 100 seconds by the edge: retry the same Idempotency-Key to collect the result, or use the delayed batch.
4. Respect the rate headers and back off on 429.
5. A 401 means the key is gone: stop and tell the owner, do not retry.
